We are one of very few ketamine infusion treatment clinics that accept many major insurance plans for those patients who have a valid pain diagnosis or are eligible for SPRAVATO® treatment in select clinics. We are always working to expand the insurance carriers that will work with us in covering this innovative, life-saving treatment so that we can make ketamine therapy more widely available.
Your in-network benefit coverage for care provided by Ketamine Wellness Centers is determined solely by the provisions of your specific medical benefit plan.
Ketamine Wellness Centers may not participate in every product offering from the health plans listed and participation does not guarantee what coverage your plan will allow.
If you have questions, please email us at insurance@ketaminewellnesscenters.com or call (855) KET-WELL to talk to an insurance specialist.
Disclaimer: Ketamine is FDA approved for anesthesiology but its use in the treatment of mood disorders is still considered “off-label” severely limiting any insurance coverage of ketamine IV infusion.

Frequently Asked Questions
We understand how frustrating it can be to discover the insurance plan that you have paid for will not cover your ketamine infusion treatment. This is why KWC has made unique arrangements with a carefully selected financing company to search for the most affordable options to finance your treatment plan. Learn more.
Ketamine Infusion Therapy for depression, post traumatic stress disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, and other mental health conditions is considered an “off-label” use and is not a service typically reimbursed by insurance companies. As such, patients are expected to cover the costs of their treatments.
Some insurance will cover a portion of the costs associated with Ketamine Infusion Therapy for particular diagnoses. However, reimbursement is entirely dependent upon the individual medical insurance plans and in/out-of-network stipulations. Our clinics will assist with verifying your insurance and assist with outlining what your costs will be at the time of treatment. We employ a Billing Coordinator to assist all prospective and current patients with their insurance and reimbursement needs as it pertains to ketamine therapy for pain conditions.
We can provide a superbill to any of our patients who request one, so that they can submit a claim for insurance reimbursement. After rendering service, KWC’s internal insurance consultant can assist patients with seeking reimbursement for a small fee. Please call us at 855-KET-WELL for more information.
We only accept private insurance plans. The following are not considered commercial/private insurance:
- Medicaid/Medicaid replacement or supplement policies
- Medicare/Medicare replacement or supplement policies
- Tricare/Tricare Prime/Veteran’s Administration (VA)/CHAMPVA.
